  • First love yourself, believe yourself, and appreciate yourself on what you are doing in life.
  • Don't overthink about the future and results which are not in our hands and always focus on work success will automatically come to us.
  • Read excellent books and do whatever you like that will keep you far away from negativity.
  • Don't consider opinions or judgement of someone who never helps you in your worst times. Ignore this type of person and pretend that they are not existing for us.
  •  Your only competition is with yourself to improve day-by-day yourself rather than comparing with someone.
  • Choose the right people that listen to your problems and give you a moral support at worst times.
You can apply simple above points in your life to overcome depression & anxiety there is no rocket science in it.

Finally, I want to conclude that depression & anxiety is not a long-lasting problem like Diabetes and blood-pressure. It is just a stage of life that everyone gone through this problem, but if you get a right person who supports you in this situation, you will definitely overcome depression & anxiety in correct way.
